Excellent service as always! Friendly staff and owner. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Rick's service technician noticed I needed new brake pads and rotors while rotating my tires. I was able to get the oil change and a break job in less then two hours! I've never been to RPM and experienced less than exceptional professionalism. Every step in the maintenance process is carefully explained and executed in a timely manner. Today, no customer wants to wait more than a few moments for their vehicle to be repaired, but the ultra trendy waiting area at RPM makes the short wait seem even shorter.

Took my 2012 impala for diagnostics and it was head on. Saved me the trouble of the guessing work. Thanks I'll be coming back.

Found the problem quickly when a national repair center said they could not do anything more because my car was an 81 Camaro. Guess if the computer can't tell them what is wrong they can't work on it. Rick and his crew found a small vacuum leak that solved both problems at the same time for less than what the other guys charged to look at it. They also preformed an inspection and found a few maintenance items that would prevent future problems. Great service. Will go there first from now on.
