Um I've experienced a situation with RPM auto workx for 1, I was over charged for parts an labor an the parts was sold to me evidently was not needed because when I picked up my car it was having the same exact affect so I took it back the very next day an y'all have it now saying it's something else so that tells me they're guessing at my expense an that's bad so to whom it may concern I need talk to someone about all of this because I'm very dissatisfied

I love the professionalism that is displayed by the employees and the reliability and integrity that they show to their customers. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs any kind of service on their vehicle.

I recently had some service work performed on my truck that had been neglected. RPM took me in right away, and took excellent care of everything needed. The atmosphere is great, the waiting area is comfortable and accommodating, and Rick and the guys were very professional!

I can't say enough good things about RPM Autoworx! Before my Air Force deployment to Korea in November 2023, my Chevrolet Silverado’s transmission failed while visiting family in Savannah. With only a month before leaving, I had to store the truck instead of repairing it. They worked with me remotely to get everything in place, ensuring my truck would be ready when I returned. Then, just four days before my original return date, my orders were canceled. Despite this unexpected delay, RPM Autoworx remained incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the three-month process of sorting out my new orders. Once I was finally back in the States, they towed my truck to their shop, assessed its rough condition, and brought it back to life—both mechanically and cosmetically.
