Nate, a master mechanic at RPM, is very talented and impressive! Our 2011 BMW was having intermittent engine issues but not severe enough to trigger a "check engine" light and diagnostic code. The BMW dealership was unable to find anything wrong...we took it to RPM and Nate identified the issue and traced the clues all the way back to the root cause. Nate's outstanding detective work, passion, and skill enabled him to fix the car. We'll be taking all our cars to RPM from now on!

Continuing problems with "check engine light" notification on dash with diagnostic code of "evap small leak". To date all good. As usual Nate did good work and found the cause. Thanks Rick to you and your team. Hope you will not see me for awhile. Bob
