I bought my car in to have an oil change today. The mechanic saw a few things that needed immediate attention. He came into the waiting area and asked if I would come into the shop with him because he wanted to show me something on my car. The mechanics have never done this before, so it was different. Nonetheless, I appreciated him showing me and explaining the issues and what I needed to do. The mechanic was very thorough, very professional and called me by my name which makes it more personal. I am very pleased with the service that I received and the next time I go back, I will be requesting the same mechanic!! : )

RPM is the only place that will touch our vehicles, they are thorough,fast, knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, honest and dependable. They don’t just do auto repair, they build relationships, and it’s obvious they truly care about people and their vehicles. One of a kind shop.
