They were on time with the appointment. Fixed the car quickly, I am a one car owner so spent the time in their waiting room which is pleasant. No TV but wifi so can stream. Also, you can watch them work on your car if you want. The pricing is fair and they don't try to up sell or come to you with add-ons.
