I have been a client of RPM Autoworx for a few years and Rick and his team are fantastic. Rick replaced my burnt out indicator light at no charge the first time, only asking that in return, I come back for my next oil change. That is exceptional customer service, and I have certainly gone back. They have been able to accommodate scheduling me in as needed even when they are booked. The waiting area is always clean, and Rick keeps his clientele in mind when it comes to the music being played. I appreciate the friendliness and that I never feel like I am being ripped off. I trust Rick and his team implicitly when it comes to maintaining my car.

I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to diagnose a coolant issue. They did the work very quickly. Rick informed me of some routine maintenance based on the manufacturer's recommendations for the mileage I was at. He did not pressure me to do any work I did not want to do. He was honest about what he found and what he didn't find. Prices were fair. I will return to RPM Autoworx for my mechanic needs in the future.

It was a wonderful fantastic experience great shop.mr.Rick gave me the Royal Treatment solve my problem only charged me for cost of a regular oil change .I was happy! I would like him to do all my repairs and oil changes.

Once again Rick and his crew came through on short notice. I'm in the process of selling an older car(65 GTO) . The potential buyer wanted someone to assess the car. I knew Rick and staff would give a honest and impartial description of the cars condition. Rick got the car in to his shop and communicated in a timely manner to both myself and the potential buyer.
