Definitely will bring my vehicles to this location again. called on Monday was able to get my vehicle in on Wednesday. Called me with estimate by Wednesday afternoon and had me driving my 2007 out the door on Thursday afternoon. Hands down best automotive and customer service I have experienced in my 22 years experience of dealing with automotive shops. Fair pricing and offered a military discount without me asking. Already planning to bring another ol school vehicle down from Augusta to have then work on it rather than find a shop in Augusta. I believe in their service.

I dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready right after lunch at 1:30pm. Location: It is located right off of 17 on Chatham Parkway going toward 16 on the right hand side. In between a KFC (CHICKEN!) and a Midwife Birth Center. There isn't much parking at all so you will end up having to park in the Birthing center lot (which I felt a little bad about, but I wasn't there long). Shop: The front Shop/office area was dimly light and clean and the A/C was a plus with the summer heat we have been having. There is a display of awards off to the side, with some comfy seating and restrooms toward the back. And windows along the back wall looking into the garage. Which was empty at the time other then a oldies car. Customer Service: I didn't have to wait more then 5 minutes before I was greeted by Rick who I could hear was on a phone call in the office. We exchanged greetings. He walked out with me to see my car and check my old tires to see if I needed to also have a alignment done. Which lucky for me I didn't need! He was super friendly and knowledgeable and at no point made me feel like he was pressuring me into getting more then I was comfortable with. I decided to use RPM because I had heard good reviews from previous clients and I wanted to know that I was leaving my car baby in good hands. I didn't need anything crazy done this visit. Just needed to have my old tires removed and the new ones added with a balancing. Overall: I'm very happy with the service I received and I will be using them again in the future even if it's just a oil change.

Been here twice for an oil change and engine repair, and have nothing but nice things to say. Rick has always been very helpful, and I always feel that my car is in good hands.

Everything was great, except for the appointment process. I made an appointment online for 8:15 on Monday, but it turned out they couldn't get to the car until Wednesday. Much better to make an appointment over the phone.

After moving to Savannah, it took me 3 years to finally discover this place. Good Mechanics are like good hairdressers - once you find a good one there is no reason to go anywhere else. The first time I brought my car to RPM Autoworx it had an electrical issue and my tires were in bad shape. I asked Rick the owner to give it a full review. They fixed me up and when I drove away my car was driving s smooth as it was when new. I was very happy. Obviously they know their stuff at RPM Autoworx and building trust and loyalty is first on their agenda and they are so professional. Don't expect them to be the least expensive because this is not Joe's Crabby Car Shack, this is RPM Autoworx and you can bank on their reputation for taking care of your treasured Auto.... Not to mention the facility is top notch. I usually don't write such full reviews but I am just so happy and relieved to have found a knowledgeable car repair and enhancement business I can rely on.
