As usual, Rick and the crew keep the bar raised high! Taking care of not one, not two, but all three of my family vehicles in one week! Keeping the family safe while they drive is top priority. RPM is one of the best shops I've been to in years for my car. Far better than the dealership also. Work was done quickly and proficiently and they kept me up to date with every step including pictures of the issues they found.

They were very busy on the day my car was towed to them. I am not from Savannah and needed to get back to FL that day. They quickly Diagnosed and fixed my jeep at a very reasonable price. Could not of been nicer! Beautiful and clean shop as well!

I've personally worked in the auto industry as a service writer at a local dealership for 2 years on and off to supplement my part time job while waiting on a promotion. In those 2 years I received alot of exposure of what everyone in the repair process goes through, and also a good bit of mechanical knowledge. I'll simply put it that Rick is one of the few people I've met in this industry that I'd trust with my vehicles. Honest and ethical people are hard to come by, and he's at the top of my list as far as that goes. I would recommend anyone with anything from a classic car needing special attention, luxury imports, to aging everyday cars.

Had to bump my review to 4 stars. My vehicle after alignment was pulling to the left but after nearly a week it’s stopped. I guess maybe it was the tires breaking in, don’t really know but it’s fine now. The owner also personally called me and offered to fix the issue which I really appreciate. Excellent customer service. I only took off one star for the car being returned with greasy rims. I understand it can simply be washes off but that’s even more reason for them to have been cleaned after service. Owner is a good guy and I have a feeling my experience was a one off.
