They adjusted my Carb to the Tee and fixed my trans issue Rick and his team are very detailed and I would recommend them to anyone.. Looking forward to them doing more work for me..

I have a issue with my instrument lights not working and found 4 screws lose parts and missing a air condition control knob I would like them fix asap

Rick and the crew always come through with over the top customer service! Recently, I was leaving home to take my daughter to her college move-in day. 15 minutes after leaving home, I hear a strange noise from under the hood. Lucky for me, I was only 15 minutes from RPM when the problem occurred. I gave Rick a call and asked if he could squeeze in an unscheduled visit. Even though the shop was at full capacity, Rick understood the circumstances and replied " stop by and let us take a look". Most other shops would have said, " we might be able to squeeze you in 2-3 days from now". On arrival, after a quick look under the hood Rick replied " I see the problem"! My idler pulley had disintegrated and taken out almost the entire serpentine belt. Rick was able to order the replacement parts, install them, and I was back on the road in less than 2 hours! What a big relief it was to know I didn't need to cancel hotel reservations, then figure another way to move all my daughter's items to her dorm. This type of customer service is so rare in today's automotive repair industry. Just about anytime you drive by RPM, you will see the parking lot overflowing with vehicles waiting their turn for service. It's easy to see why the lot is always full when you experience this type of "above and beyond" customer service! Thanks again to Rick and the crew for saving the day!

Rick and his entire team did a fantastic job on our 1955 Chevy Bel Air. From paint to upholstery plus mechanical work, it was done with a high degree of quality. I highly recommend RPM for any of your car needs and especially for that classic car that you want newer technology with an original look. Awesome job!!!

These guys are top notch. I’ve had issues for years with my 1986 mustang, these guys solved all my issues with ample communication and always beyond fair pricing. I cannot possibly say enough. Sean has been the tech providing service to my vehicles for the last year+. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. Beyond this he exemplifies professionalism and is sure to address all issues as if it were his own vehicle. I suggest these guys to anyone who will listen! Can’t ask for anything more from a shop!!!!! ***** Update***** Once again RPM knocked it out of the park! They put my Jeep on the road, and let me tell you that was no easy task. The Jeep has every one off problem you can find. They meticulously addressed the issues and gave what was essentially a dead vehicle a whole new life. These guys are amazing. The quality of service is unmatched hands down. I will never repair or service anywhere else. Thank you guys!!!
