Rick and the crew always come through with over the top customer service! Recently, I was leaving home to take my daughter to her college move-in day. 15 minutes after leaving home, I hear a strange noise from under the hood. Lucky for me, I was only 15 minutes from RPM when the problem occurred. I gave Rick a call and asked if he could squeeze in an unscheduled visit. Even though the shop was at full capacity, Rick understood the circumstances and replied " stop by and let us take a look". Most other shops would have said, " we might be able to squeeze you in 2-3 days from now". On arrival, after a quick look under the hood Rick replied " I see the problem"! My idler pulley had disintegrated and taken out almost the entire serpentine belt. Rick was able to order the replacement parts, install them, and I was back on the road in less than 2 hours! What a big relief it was to know I didn't need to cancel hotel reservations, then figure another way to move all my daughter's items to her dorm. This type of customer service is so rare in today's automotive repair industry. Just about anytime you drive by RPM, you will see the parking lot overflowing with vehicles waiting their turn for service. It's easy to see why the lot is always full when you experience this type of "above and beyond" customer service! Thanks again to Rick and the crew for saving the day!
