Rick Broussard, not the sexy Rockabilly frontman, but the sexy RPM Autoworx frontman, really impressed me as a business owner and a person. I am not going to take my vehicle anywhere else. I have a vintage car and I did my research.I wanted to find a shop that not only did a great job, but had a passion for restoration and classic vehicles. I found that with RPM. Keep in mind, they service ANY vehicle new, new to you or older generations, but I feel that a shop that is this versatile knows their stuff. What sold me REALLY was the fact Rick will go the extra mile. In my case, my brother had concerns about my 89 Accord and Rick offered to chat with him to calm his fears. He does this regularly for parents with kids in college here so everybody feels secure and informed and their far-away loved ones are safe. THAT tells me they are more of a fix-it shop. One other detail I appreciate, when my tune up was done, his 6'3+ mammoth of a mechanic drove my car around and did NOT adjust the seat away from my setting - a 5'4 woman, How he squeezed in is a mystery, but it's a small detail that reveals their respect for the client. Little things make the difference and I'm happy to have found this solid and human-first shop.
Thank you for that awesome review Eva! We really appreciate it! Looking forward to many years of taking care of your vehicle! -Rick
