Highly professional! Exceeded all of my previous experiences with other local auto shops AND dealers! I thought that I had to have the dealer troubleshoot my vehicle when there was a problem, but now I will be taking all of my vehicles to RPM Autoworx! They quickly diagnosed an issue that the dealership could not figure out and got me back on the road in no time. Great customer service, comfortable environment and great technicians!

As always Rick and Moira provided excellent service. I never feel like I'm being "up sold" on any work done, and the transparency of the shop sets me at ease because I can watch the progress of the service and know the work is being performed. This is why I continue to return to RPM for all of my car repair and service needs. All of the staff are courteous and professional. My vehicle runs like new again, and I am once again a happy customer!
