I posted a comment earlier that I was disappointed in tire pressure that RPM installed after a tire change. NOW I see that 45 psi is well within the sidewall max pressure of 51psi for my tires. No fault of RPM for sending me out with 45 psi! I am learning how sensitive my car is to matched tire pressures!

I brought my Mercedes SLK320 in with an odd vibration from the engine. RPM got in there and figured out what was going on and gave me an estimate. My bill was right on the money and my Baby is running perfectly!!

I cannot say enough about RPM Autoworx. Rick and his wife operate a customer first company and certainly has the crew and knowledge to fix anything concerning your auto for less than the average. Oh Sarah, sorry to hear that! Hope you have a replacement you love just as much - and remember you can still go to an independent shop when a vehicle is within the warranty period. As long as your records are maintained (which RPM provides for you online) your warranty is NOT voided.

Yall have taken care of my car since I bought it in 2006.. Each & every time I have been there the service has been a wonderful experience..so complete, price attractive,thorough and fast. Your waiting room is a cut above all others, the cleanliness of your shop & the free coffee tv & soft drinks are a nice touch. All personell are very very courteous.. This is why I love yall so much.and wont'take my car anywhere else to be serviced.

I came in with a flat tire. Thought I would be convinced to buy new tires, but they fixed my tire and never tried to convince me of anything.

Everyone who works there is super nice and friendly! And the couches are SUPER comfy! It took less time and money than my original quote!
