I really like what RPM does:- accommodating and flexible- friendly and fast- fast wifi- good coffee- great decor and comfortable lounge- fair prices- willing to show and explain repairsPossible improvements- need to feel more comfortable that the techs are really going the extra mile to make sure things are right and they have found any potential problems (my tires not well balenced and they missed the fact that the LF wheel has 2" of back/forth play)

We always have a great experience at RPM and this time around was no exception. Given a recent spat of car problems with both our cars and with the cars of an organization we work with, I'm on a first name basis with Rick! Our cars are always fixed in a timely manner and in the case of a faulty part, RPM is always making sure the part it fixed under warranty. Thank you for always making car repair a postive experience.

RPM team did another great job! Car was shaking and going to the right. Needed major repairs. While getting car worked on i was also able to work from RPM office. Its great being able to get two things done at once... Thanks Guys for taking care of my ride... its my office on wheels.
