I was in and out in no time. Everyone is professional, and an added bonus, everyone is cordial and nice. Coffee is good.

I was apprehensive initially due to the high end nature of my vehicle; but those concerns were quickly dismissed as soon as I saw the technician (Jack) competently go through the scope of the service work. Transparency was a big plus for me. So was the waiting area. Pricing was reasonable too. If you have a high end vehicle (BMW, AUDI, etc), you are not limited to the dealership. Rick and his team have the tools and expertise to get the job done. Will be returning for more performance related upgrade work in the future.Suggestions: Update website to reflect current staff. The techs deserve credit for the good work they are doing.

Mr. Broussard, the owner of RPM Autowork, did right by me and took responsibility for the breaking of a TPMS device on the back-right tire that may or may not have happened when one of the autoworkers was plugging a small hole made by a nail in my tire. Instead of arguing the point of whether it happened while driving, Mr. Broussard believed it more important to garner my trust and pay out of pocket to get the piece calibrated at Grainger Honda (Mr. Broussard's team could not program the TPMS device). Although it did not get fixed by RPM, Mr. Broussard's ethical stance—seeing through the complete satisfaction of a customer at the expense of his proprietary—won my trust. I own a Honda Civic, and despite having a Honda Dealership down the road from where I live, I will be taking my car to RPM.

I really like what RPM does:- accommodating and flexible- friendly and fast- fast wifi- good coffee- great decor and comfortable lounge- fair prices- willing to show and explain repairsPossible improvements- need to feel more comfortable that the techs are really going the extra mile to make sure things are right and they have found any potential problems (my tires not well balenced and they missed the fact that the LF wheel has 2" of back/forth play)
