This was possibly the best experience I have ever had when dealing with automotive service providers. After having an oil change earlier this week, my wife noticed an oil spot in the garage from under my Subaru Forester. I called and spoke with Rick, who said to bring it right in and they'd take a look. He had the drain plug replaced and did not charge for parts or labor for something beyond RPM's control. This level of customer service is lacking in today's society, but it will keep me coming back to RPM for a long time. I really should not be surprised, as they have always done an excellent job on our vehicles.
