My experience was excellent. Thank you for your help. My only complaint is that I would have expected the exterior of the car to be cleaner when returned to me. There was a lot of grease and grime on the hood and fenders. I thought it would have been wiped down.Thanks again.

Best shop in town! Locally owned business that actually cares about customer service. A typical oil change at this place is so much more. Skilled technicians inspect the car from bumper to bumper in an effort to spot any issues that could cause me to be stranded or ticketed. As busy as my schedule is, I appreciate what I get for the money from RPM!!

I assumed that I needed some major repairs to my vehicle, and that I'd be putting down a large chunk of change. However, I never have to worry that Rick and Moria will take advantage of my ignorance :) They cheerfully let me know that the problems were not so severe. They do not fit the stereotype of dishonest mechanics in any way, and that creates a feeling of trust that is invaluable! Moreover, supporting a local, green business only adds to the satisfaction of having your car running well.

Management and techs are great. Very satisfied with their work and the prices are very good. I am definitely bringing all my vehicles for any future repairs or service.

Management and Staff are very professionals and friendly. Techsknew what to do with my problem on 1997 VW Carbrio changing out ingintion switch. Prices are good and work is excellent, will be taking my cars back. Office is very clean and well decorated and enjoyable.Coffee, WiFi to enjoy while you can sit and watch them work on your car.
