My service light showed that I needed an oil change. I walked in without a scheduled appointment, explained that I needed an oil change as soon as possible since I just learned that my brother had a heart attack and I had a 4 hour trip to take asap. They took my information and keys right away and were very friendly and concerned. I walked across the street to grab a short lunch and when I walked back my car was sitting at the entrance ready to go. I even was blessed by the cashier who spotted some change for me.
