The technician was thorough and knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions and listen to my input. The service manager was accommodating and as reasonable as any I have worked with.

My experience was excellent. Thank you for your help. My only complaint is that I would have expected the exterior of the car to be cleaner when returned to me. There was a lot of grease and grime on the hood and fenders. I thought it would have been wiped down.Thanks again.

Best shop in town! Locally owned business that actually cares about customer service. A typical oil change at this place is so much more. Skilled technicians inspect the car from bumper to bumper in an effort to spot any issues that could cause me to be stranded or ticketed. As busy as my schedule is, I appreciate what I get for the money from RPM!!
