My car was originally diagnosed with needing a whole new motor at another dealership and that ran round $5,500. I went for a second opinion at RPM and they found a problem unrelated to the motor. I left RPM spending only $1,500 and my car is running like new! The staff is friendly and breaks down everything in everyday terms so that the customer will fully understand what is going on at all times. They are also very willing to go out of their way to make sure the customer it satisfied!
So glad we were able to save you that much money - we all have so many other expenses these days, we hate it when other service centers rip off our customers. And good to know we are explaining things in a way customers understand. That's always a clue that someone is trying to rip you off, they can't talk about the repair in an understandable language.
