RPM is -THE- place to go. I've never been to an auto repair shop with such friendly customer service, mechanics and a good bunch of people. I recently had my 73' Hearse taken in for inspection and possible repair. Even though we decided to not finish the project up, They were still great, Knowledgeable and were very willing to work with me on it. GO TO RPM ! The crypt keeper sent ya.

As always the staff was courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. The waiting area is comfortable and having wifi and drinks available makes it no hassle to wait for my car to be finished.

As usual, my experience was great - RPM is my go to place for car repairs. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and I was very impressed with Juan who took the time to show me different things on my car - no one has ever done that before at some other shops I've been to. Seemed a little pricey and could have gone to the dealer but I enjoyed talking to the mechanic and being kept in the loop.

Paul thank you for your feedback. I'm a little surprised by your comment since we worked on your vehicle for over four hours and you were charged for less than three hours. A dealership would have charged you for the full time and would have charged a higher amount per hour. It is our policy to keep customers informed and to show them anything visible so we are glad that you enjoyed that part of your visit. In addition, you have a Jeep with a Chevrolet engine installed which added to the difficulty and we didn't charge extra for this. But we are more than happy to service this unusual vehicle.

Always pleasent and knowledgeable. Pricey but I would much rather pay a little more to get a good job done.
