everyone on staff was totally awesome! they listened to my concerns, they didn't try to oversell me, they diagnosed the problem, gave the recommendations without pressure, and did exactly what I asked. I would recommend them to anyone!!

My son had a flat tire on the way to football practice. I didn't want him to be late, so I drove to where he was and swapped cars and proceeded to change the tire. Since it was Monday, something had to go wrong. As I was changing the tire, the jack broke. I had used RPM in the past and was not far from their location. I called and spoke to Rick, who sent Jermaine (who was fantastic), down with a floor jack to finish up the tire change. We then went back to RPM, where the tire was patched, and put back on the car. You just don't see this kind of customer service anymore. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else! Thanks to the group at RPM!Steve Jiran

Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians and staff, commitment to fixing a problem not just selling services, transparent work procedures, and a sense of humor to boot. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially to other women who are tired of being talked down to and lied too about their car repairs. Also, the building is gorgeous with a comfortable, modern, kid-friendly, clean waiting area and music, drinks and snacks!
