I am impressed with the customer service provided at RPM Autoworx. The staff are willing and available to answer any questions you may have without the condescending vibe you get at other car repair shops. I am always taken to my car to see exactly what needs to get done and I am told what the parts do and why they need to be replaced. This gives me a better understanding of my vehicle.I am very happy with my experiences!

Excellent customer service!!! I was in and out quickly and on my way back to work. Waiting area is nice and the shop is visible from the waiting area. Everyone was friendly and the technician took the time to diagnose the problem, as usual, the car was not making any noise when he drove or inspected so we went on a ride along until I could reproduce the noise. Much better than the dealership who gives up in 1 minute and sends you on your way.

Good service, excellent waiting area. They were unable to rotate my tires because they didn't have the right tool to unlock the lugnuts for my wheels. Seems like they should have tools like this available...maybe that's not a realistic expectation given the wide variety of wheels out there.

Mr Weytens your vehicle did not have your locking wheel lug that is specific to your wheels. This is common on many wheels, there is a specific locking lug nut so that rims and tires cannot be stolen off your car. It is possible to drill off the lug nuts but we usually don't do that unless the customer requests it.
