Great experience. Professional and efficient. Treated me like a customer they wanted back for repeat business. Fairly priced for the service and after several visits they've never tried to push services my vehicle did not need. Kept me informed of what they were doing and showed me on the car how the tires were wearing and would soon require replacement. Will definitely continue to take my vehicles here for future maintenance needs.

It's pretty boring, actually. The same impeccable and comfortable waiting area, and current magazines. As always a call shortly after dropping off my car to tell me what it needed (exactly what I thought, by the way). And a call later the same day to tell me it's ready to be picked up. No drama. No surprises. That's why I always take my car to RPM.

Bought a battery for my Honda pilot. I was quoted. 200 dollars.when I showed the price the price at auto zone .they changed the price to 150.this was confusing because of the overcharge . I trust and recommend my friends to you guys. I don't understand the pricing.

Lance, one of us will call you to discuss this but in summary, the battery we offer is of much better quality and is guaranteed for longer and of better quality than anything from that particular store. Of course, you can always request a less expensive battery from us, just let us know when we discuss the ticket with you before we perform the work. And as always, thanks for the feedback.
