Great customer service.Ownership and responsibility for the work completed.Honest and transparent communication.Willingness to retain existing customers.Reliable and trustworthy management team/ownership.Highly recommend.Still have some mechanical issues with my vehicle which will require further investigation but I do not fault the staff at RPM. Issues for which the vehicle was serviced were properly corrected.

they were great. the man answering the phone had me hooked to come receive the service asap they are some of the best i have ever dealt with and I plan to use RPM2 also when they open. Thank ya'll for everything!!!!!!

Every time I come into RPM I am dazzled by the customer service. These guys do it right. I know the owners, and they are always good to me, but even when they aren't there and the person at the desk doesn't know me from Adam I still get treated like a rock star. That's just how they are to everyone. I've never once felt like they were trying to 'upsell' me on unneeded repairs and they've done so well at maintaining my car that it would be silly for me to get rid of it. Seriously people, you don't find shops like this every day. Customer for life.

We think YOU rock!! That is how we believe business should be done in every industry - we just happen to love working on cars and we do love our customers. Thank you!!!!

I have been using RPM for two years now, and I enjoy every visit! I never thought I would say that about an auto repair shop, but these guys rock! Rick the Owner, runs a tight ship and ensures that the work, the pricing and the customer comfort is top notch. Rick has brought integrity back into the auto repair industry and treats me with respect. I am a woman and have never felt comfortable in auto shops, but Rick is very good at what he does and he is pleasant on the eyes as well!

What I appreciate most about my experience is the honesty and care that the staff shows for the customer. Rather than some technician pushing a piece of paper in front of you with estimates for work which honestly most of us don't understand anyway; the staff will take you onto the garage floor and allow you to get underneath your car to see first hand the issue. This level of transparency is not common among repair shops and on this point RPM separates themselves from the competition.Specific to my repairs, the issues communicated were properly diagnosed. The repairs were done timely and I am happy to say that my car drives like new. I could not be happier with the quality of the work and the end result. As a result I have a greater sense of peace and confidence in the reliability of my vehicle.Rick was great. From the onset he was honest and didn't try and sell me on additional repairs that were not necessary. Due to the labor involved, the cost was fair and reasonable. Had I taken it to the dealership I am certain that the total cost of repairs would have been 20% higher. The work is guaranteed which is a plus.Overall the experience was positive. I have used RPM in the past and have never been disappointed by my experience with them. I don't cite this as a negative but the only concern I have is that when I got my vehicle back there were scratches on the hood from where they most likely did the work. Cosmetic and can be buffed out.I rate RPM 5 stars for the following reasons -- honesty, transparency, integrity, fair price, reliability, customer focused, clean waiting area, engaging staff and quality of work. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a glowing recommendation. Just wish you'd tell me who you are so we can buff out those scratches - we want you to be 100% satifsfied and any time there is even a slight issue we want to take care of it. Please let us know!
