I didn't show up until 10 am but they still did the work to get my air conditioning working again.

Overall another very good service experience, including this time a free loaner vehicle while my car stayed the day in the shop. After a significant effort to set up this scheduled maintenance, I was a bit surprised that the person at the counter was not aware of the appointment and that I had to wait a while to get the car in the door.

I had an appointment and the technician was ready and waiting, they did a great job and had me out on time, they have a really nice waiting area, the price was right. They offer coffee and sodas, but could add bottled water. They didn't replace anything that didn't need replacing - we all know auto shops that do that. Overall, it was a good experience. I already have my next appointment set up.

Rick and his staff always do a fantastic job with my Honda Fit. Recently I had problems with my a/c. Their master mechanic was able to diagnose the problem. They got the parts in and it's working like a charm. Thank you all for taking care of my Honda! Gregory
