Always a great experience! This past service was a regular oil change and tire rotation. Quick in and out and I really enjoy watching the work being done. Regular maintenance is why my car is going strong at over 276K miles. Thanks Rick, Moria & crew!! Y'all rock

Very pleased with the new set of tires installed on this visit. Everything went as planned; use of the loaner was great; received a call when my vehicle was ready to go. Nice job!!

Thorough, clear communication. Long(ish) wait time and a bit on the expensive side. However, I loved the service and would recommend to family and friends.

Mr. Henley - yes, it may have taken a little longer on your vehicle but since the techs were performing a lot of suspension work I'd rather they take their time and do it well. And yes, we are never the cheapest in town but I can assure you we are one of the best. What you are paying for are the best techs in town, the lifetime warranty on labor and on almost all parts. If something goes wrong on one of our repairs while you own that vehicle, we don't play games - we just fix it. Glad you loved the service and that you will recommend us. After taking my car to another local shop 3 times to have my ac fixed and shelling out tons of cash, I decided it was time to try somewhere different. I am thankful I chose RPM. From the time I brought it in for a diagnostic to the time I picked it up, I knew I was at the right place. Their customer service is top notch! My family will definitely use RPM as our first choice for all of our vehicle repairs. Thanks again for the wonderful service and the freezing cold air conditioner!
