Outstanding Service by Moira and her entire team! I needed car help and had a better than fair quote the same day I requested it with an appointment the very next day! Not only did I get top notch service but Moira also personally drove me to work to make the appointment more convenient for ME! I used the Chatham Parkway location in recent years when I worked on that side of town and will now make it a priority to use their Water's location! You truly couldn't ask for better and more dependable service! Thank you Moira, Rick and the entire RPM team!

I brought my car in because the alternator failed again after replacing it with a reconditioned unit almost a year ago by RMP Autoworx. I was thinking it was out of warranty and was expecting to pay for another with labor. The people at RPM Autoworx informed me the parts and labor was covered and it would cast me a dime! Sweet! They provide great service and I would highly recomment them to service their vehicle.

Richard, that is our LIFETIME WARRANTY at our work!!! No nonsense, no argument, no prob - we just replace it because it is far more important to us that you are happy with us than worry about the one part that once in awhile goes bad. And we can offer LIFETIME WARRANTY on our LABOR because we know our techs are REALLY that good at what they do. Once in awhile they have a bad moment because they are human but not that often. This was an easy one - I had purchased a windshield wiper motor for the sprayer and decided that I just didn't have time (or the effort, frankly) to replace it myself. I stopped by on the way to work...they got me right in...and within 30 minutes was on the way to the office. I was only charged for 1/2 hour labor - not a "one hour minimum" like some other shops would have. You can't ask for any better service than that! I highly recommend them.

Just a couple of nails in a tire. In and out in no time, not even long enough to really chat! I highly recommend the more convenient and less crowded Waters/Montgomery X shop! :)

RPM, I came in last minute on a Saturday with a brake line leak. Jobeth had to hunt down the part and got it in time for the leak to be fixed that day. I am back on the move... it couldnt have worked out better for me...Thanks! Jeff Wittig
