Jo Beth is very personable and is outstanding in Customer Service. I'm thrilled that Kyle is always working on my car. Very polite, listens to what you say, and was asking how things were going with my a/c. He replaced the blower a few weeks ago. If you ever move him to your shop on Waters.....I'll be following him there.

Once again RPM exceeded my expectations! The staff at the new Waters location is equally as wonderful as the staff at Chatham Parkway. The experience was great, as always, and I love the convenience of Saturday hours offered on Waters.

Good service but a little pricey...

We may not be the cheapest shop in town but as you can see from our hundreds of un-edited reviews we are one of the best if not THE best auto repair shop in town. I can proudly back that up with our LIFETIME WARRANTY on labor and on most parts. Also because we are the ONLY shop in town that shows you the vehicle so that you know when we recommend a repair or service that it is legitimately needed. We have some of the best technicians around who go above and beyond on a daily basis. I refuse to make them stand around 60 hours a week and fight over hours, they receive vacations and paid holidays and they are paid well to work 40 hours a week in a physically demanding job so that they can provide you the best possible service. My techs are worth it! So yes, you may be able to find a cheaper shop but what kind of service will you receive? Will you have the assurance that the repair is legitimate? Will you know that if that same repair breaks later it will be repaired at no expense - and no hassle - to you? Do you know that the techs who work on your vehicle really love their job, truly care about the customer and are not worried to death about how they will pay their bills this week? What will that "cheaper" shop do to your bill the next time you come in when they realize they didn't make enough money off your last visit? RPM customers don't have these concerns!- Moira

In and out as promised. Hopefully the "flash" of the vehicle's computer will solve the warning light issue. Thanks for your help with this, it is a LOT better than having to go to the dealer.

Everything was professional as always. Thanks for the use of a vehicle so I could pick up my puppy from the vet after surgery. That's where I was headed before my car decided otherwise. I would have had to leave her another night without the convenience of the loaner. Still a BIG fan after all these years.
