Kyle has great customer service! Was disappointed with the time it took to get it back. Took it in on 7/17 and got it back on 7/29. Would suggest adding 1-2 days more to when you think it would be ready to account for any unexpected delays. Your customers will appreciate getting it sooner rather than later.

Hi Monica! Thank you for the honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay. There were parts issues that delayed the completion of the engine installation. We try to be proactive on ordering parts and rarely there is a variation that we could not predict. None-the-less, we would like to extend an offer for two free oil changes on your vehicle for the inconvenience of having to wait two additional days. Thanks again for the feedback!-Rick

Rick and his crew are great ! The Mgt. is involved and the shop is clean portraying professionalism. OH YEA ! They tackled my maintenance situation with a sense pride. RPM is reasonable in there price and certainly less than dealers.

Rick and JoBeth were very professional and helpful during my recent visit. I have never experienced a car shop like this ever! My vehicle was taken back to the shop at the appointment time by Jason the technician, who diagnosed the issues within an hour. Rick took me to my vehicle to explain the findings, and Jobeth had a very fair estimate ready at the same time. I approved the work, which was completed within the time frame promised. My vehicle now runs great. Rick manages this shop like a well oil machine and RPM Autoworx truly defines the meaning of professionalism.
