They also only hire employees' that share the same passion for customer service they have including Jo Beth and Nate. It is truly a different experience then any other automative spot I have ever been to. Honesty is rare to find in the auto repair industry and RPM is the most honest repair shop in the area without any doubt. I have been taking all my vehicles to them for many years and would never go anywhere else.

This was my first time doing business with y'all & I was very pleased

I was recommended to this shop by my bother in law who's has been a mechanic most of his life. They are very nice and are not pushy and trying to get you to use them. The staff was very patient with answering the questions I had about the problems they found with my car.They tell you what problem or problems they find them let you choose as to what you want done. I have no complaints about the service from this shop and don't see the need to take my car anywhere.
