RPM has kept my car running as long as they have been in business. Same car! Until RPM I dreaded having any repairs done. I know nothing about cars and felt like other shops, and the dealership, took advantage of me. Repairs at RPM often come in under the estimate; never over. I still dread car repairs, and I still complain about the cost, but I will never take my car anywhere else. Always fair and good people.

My routine maintenance appointment was most definitely the best and most educational experience I have had in over 10 years of owning vehicles. The owner took a personal interest in helping me better understand the maintenance performed and needed on my vehicle as well as assured me that my recently purchased used vehicle was in great condition. As a younger female customer, this speaks volumes of the character and type of business represented at RPM!

They also only hire employees' that share the same passion for customer service they have including Jo Beth and Nate. Always friendly, welcoming--- very personal! They know each customer by name! Great mechanics! Also excellent problem solvers! They don't push added repairs. They are honest & straightforward.l It's a pleasure!
