Best shop I've ever taken my car to! The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. The wait was short for the work that was being done to my car and the waiting room was very nice. I cannot wait to come back to this shop for future work on my car.

Second time I use their services, first time was a tail light issue, right after it was fixed somehow my blinker didn't work,went back to their location and they took care of it for free according to their guarantee, yesterday my truck was smoking and after a few hrs it was fixed, same day was taken care of, prices are a bit high but if you want a guaranteed work this is the place to go,thanks!!

My RPM friends took my 1979 MGB in when it started to run rough. After correcting the problem it started to run rough again. Nate and the crew dug back into the engine and came up with an ignition issue. They allowed me to find parts online and installed them within a day. The car runs beautifully now. During their tests, the car backfired to the degree that the muffler came apart. The techs replaced the muffler for me - at no extra charge. This is truly the best repair company I have dealt with over the years. Nate was very knowledgeable about the mechanical issues and happy to explain what was going on. Hats off to Rick and the rest - I'm a guaranteed customer!

I'm starting to understand the team at RPM is a different kind of auto service. These guy's are up front and honest. They won't mislead you with addition stuff like most repair place. My favorite thing is they will escort you in the garage and show you the problem or issues that needs to be address on your next visit. Tell me any other auto repair place will let you walk in their garage. Thanks RPM!!

to all of the folks that live in the Savannah area. these are the people you want to work on your car. in the last month RPM has fixed my Jeep and my mothers Caddie. the caddie was a straight forward job with many facets and took place at the waters avenue address. i was kept abreast of all problems and the car runs perfectly. my jeep was a slightly different story. the repairs were much more extensive than the original estimate covered. all of this was hidden until the work began. RPM adjusted fire and moved on the parts. when the parts weren't right Rick didn't come back to me with an additional bill...RPM took one on the chin and went above and beyond to make sure that i was taken care of properly. i have never seen this in the auto repair business. needless to say...if you are looking for quality customer service and a no nonsense approach you need to take your vehicles to RPM.
