Good work, but overworked. This is my shop of choice for major work - had an engine replaced after flooding. However, they are constantly busy, so I don't recommend them for basic projects, like an oil change, tire work, or alignment, because the wait isn't worth it. Waiting a week or two for good, complex work is justifiable, but not for balancing your tires. This location could easily stand to expand so they *could* handle other work in a timely manner, but I don't know if they'd have luck finding more talented technicians to carry on the quality of work.
