Savannah Auto Repair

My daughter was on her way back to Tallahassee from a weekend in Savannah when her Jeep Grand Cherokee overheated on the interstate just outside of town. We had to have her car towed to the closest Jeep dealership. They were closed but we left the car there. To make a long story short, it was there for two days without them even looking at it while my daughter was stuck in Savannah. I looked online to find an independent shop near the dealership and found RPM which had fantastic reviews. So I spoke with Rick at RPM and decided to roll the dice and hope for the best. I am so glad I did! There are so many things that can cause a vehicle to overheat, and my daughters 2015 Grand Cherokee had a history of overheating, with most of the standard culprits having already been replaced.. Rick and his team identified the root cause, repaired it, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair resolved the issue. Rick provided great communication and excellent customer service. I wish my daughter had a repair shop like RPM in Tallahassee! Thanks Rick and RPM!

This was my first time at RPM. I was very pleased with service and price. And RPM is a shop I look forward to using in the future.

Everyone who knows me, knows I'm picky about who touches my car. This is my go to place when I can't do it myself. Straightforward with reasonable rates, and probably the most comfortable waiting area of any repair shop.

Car is running great now. The actual bill and the estimate were the same. Rick cared enough to make sure my car was in the best condition possible by telling me about a service that needed to be done that I had not previously been made aware of.

I was on my way back to Atlanta when my steering became a concern. I found RPM Autoworx online and decided to stop by. They listened to me and performed a diagnostic check for free. Turns out I was able to continue on my trip without any mandatory repairs and was actually alerted about another issue that had to be addressed soon. Thank you for your patience and knowledge. Definitely would recommend this shop.
